Otero County has adopted:

  • The Internation Building Code (IBC), 2006 Edition
  • The Internation Residential Code (IRC), 2006 Edition
  • The Internation Mechanical Code (IMC), 2006 Edition
  • The International Fuel and Gas Code, 2006 Edition
  • Then International Engery Conservation Code, 2006 Edition
  • The uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Building, 1997 Edition

Mr. Baker is in the office between 8:00 a.m.  - 9:00 a.m.  and 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
